In Load bearing structure walls are thicker whereas thinner in Frame structure

 

In Load bearing structure less possibility to alter position of the walls, whereas in Frame structure position of the walls may be changed whenever necessary.

 

Load bearing structures are comparatively less costly than Frame structures

 

In Load bearing structure, resistance to earthquake is poor as compared to Frame structure.

 

Load bearing structures are suitable up to three stories, whereas for any number of stories go for frame structure. 

 

In Load bearing structure the walls carry loads whereas, in Frame structure walls are for privacy and security.
